Went to Riddle’s in Mitchell for my engagement ring. The ladies were phenomenal. Showed Cassie a photo of what my future fiancé (now wife) may want for a ring. Cassie gave me some options in my price range that were absolutely perfect. She made it so easy. Fast forward to picking out a Wedding Band and we worked with Emily. We wanted something different, and came across custom bands. Emily listened to every want we had, and found the perfect one. It took time to find a place to do the work for us, but Emily worked hard and in the end we are in love with the final result. The ladies at Riddles are super professional, no pressure and fantastic human beings. I know I will shop at this Riddles for all my jewelry needs. They truly listen, and they do care and want you to be happy with your purchase. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. You guys rock!

Riddles Jewelry of Mitchell has done an amazing job creating my custom pieces. My pieces were very unique and with the collaboration of Emily, Cassie (Riddles employees) and myself we were able to customize my wedding ring and mothers ring. Emily did a fantastic job with my 8 year old. My daughter was so excited to get her ears pierced and when she got in the chair she had second thoughts. Emily had so much patience and worked with her until she finally was brave enough to let her do the piercings. Highly recommend Riddles for piercings for your kids!

Even though Riddles didn’t have tie clips, the 3 employees working were able to help my husband find the perfect tie pin, explain how to use it and how it would hold his tie in place. They were all spectacular to work with. We will be going back.

Beautiful clean store. Staff courteous n professional looking. Took our 6 year old granddaughter to get her ears pierced, we were greeted when we walked in. Emily chatted with us to find out what we wanted n she explained how the piercing went. Very good with our granddaughter. It was a great experience for a 6 year old as Emily talked n explained what she was doing. A BIG THANK YOU TO EMILY!!!!

Thanks to Emily for taking the time to listen, discover the style of my wife and then really nail down a great "just because" gift for me. This is the "Journey pendant" I picked up with Emily's help. My wife loves it and now I have my eye on several other things because she took the time to take the intimidating factor out of jewelry shopping!
